"I want to give a shout out to Debbie Wiltse's State Farm Agency for their spectacular customer service!! Long story short, my elderly parents live in Arizona and have been her loyal customers for more than 15 years. My mom eventually stopped driving due to Parkinson's, but my Dad was fully functional until recently when he fell off the roof and broke his neck. After emergency spine surgery and months of recovery, he is now doing better but not quite back to independent living. So they have been staying with me in California. However, my parents (like many others) have always been determined to return to Arizona eventually and not be a burden to their children. So they kept paying for all of their Arizona bills--including insurance on a car that hasn't even been driven for almost a year! Worried about their expenses eating up their retirement savings, I called up Debbie's agency. Kris and Lori were so understanding and helpful! They filled out the paperwork and put the car on temporary nonoperational status to try to save my parents money. When State Farm Headquarters noticed that the car wasn't being used for months and canceled his insurance policy, Kris and Lori then went to bat for my Dad and got the insurance re-activated. They were always available by phone and email, and took care of things right away. I am so grateful that they treated my parents like family, and did everything they did could to help navigate each new obstacle that came along. This is the kind of customer service from an agency worth having a life-long relationship with! Thank you so much Debbie, Kris, and Lori!"
